I had been searching for an engagement ring for the better part of a year. I searched locally in Houston, and online, to an exhausting degree. Everytime I looked across the Internet, Yadav kept showing up with the right cut at the right price. Since my fiancé (now wife) lives in San Francisco, I figured I would check them out. I met Edan at their shop on Brannon. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. Edan was not pushy at all! I ended up buying my wife's engagement ring and her wedding band from Yadav. Edan facilitated both purchases with professionalism, courtesy, and plenty of reassurance. When my wife had concerns about the fit, Edan was helpful and gave me options to address her concerns. I would highly recommend stopping by to see Edan, or just Yadav in general. I will definitely consider them for any future purchases.

Great experience! The stone on the ring I purchased became loose a couple times. The first time I just sent it back and had them tighten everything. The second time “a couple months later” I notified them and they recommended that they send it to the jeweler for inspection. That being said, they admitted that the design was flawed and corrected it for free. The turnaround was very quick. The ring and stone are beautiful and most importantly, my wife is very happy!

We purchased a diamond that Yadav used to create our engagement ring. Really good deal on the diamond and the ring looks fantastic. Later Yadav created a heart-shaped pink diamond pendant which I gave my wife. Always professional and pleasant to deal with and give great deals on diamonds!

I was reluctant to buy a diamond of this price online but contacting this jeweler the process went smoothly. The shipping was prompt, I even had to ship it back to get it resized and that was prompt.Very professional as well! I would without a doubt definitely recommend!

From the order staff, to the returns and resizing experience; I trust Yadav for not only the quality but the level of customer service and care that was given with my purchase of an engagement ring solitaire with a petite 14k ring. I love the craftsmanship and the setting, the gold is beautiful and the diamond selection Yadav has is incredible. I will be shopping here again for the wedding band and also the customer service and response lead time was almost same day! 10/10 experience. Yadav is a great jeweler and is very safe to shop with. My purchase experience with Yadav Diamonds was wonderful. They stayed in contact with me and let me know the status of my order. There was even an international shipping delay and the owner personally called me to explain what was going on, and because of the delay offered to return my money and if I wanted to wait for my diamond that he would extend the time to return the item to 45 days (instead of the standard 30 days.) When the diamond arrived, everything was as I expected and as described. The packaging was so elegant! I was able to buy a diamond that was larger, more ideally cut, G color, and better clarity than what my local custom jeweler could get. And it cost me $6K to $7K LESS than my local jeweler was going to charge for a far inferior selection of stones. I could not be happier! I will be buying from Yadav again.
