I never leave reviews but I honestly had to do it for this company because they're absolutely amazing.
I was looking into upgrading my 1ct solitaire ring. Long story short, after shopping around at my local stores and online Yadav's prices were unbeatable, almost half the price!!!
I personally worked with Maytal, and let me tell you, her customer service skills are very impressive.
I purchased a pear diamond in 2020 which I set as a solitaire and absolutely loved it. I recently had them add a halo to it because I'm crazy & get bored easily!!! They were extremely patient with me & for that I'm thankful. My ring is beautiful, I frequently get compliments. My brother in law ordered my sister's engagement ring from yadav after seeing mine.
If you're thinking of purchasing high quality jewelry I highly recommend them!!!

I purchased a lab diamond a few months back from Yadav. To be honest I had never owned or seen a lab diamond in person so I was a little afraid of what the quality would look like.
They had a big selection and a lot of good reviews so I decided to continue with my purchase and I am so glad I did. Not only was it a really great deal for the diamond I picked but when it arrived, it was the MOST beautiful stone I had ever seen. You absolutely can NOT tell it is a lab and the quality is breath taking. So if you are on the fence, do it and you won’t regret it. I will absolutely be buying from them again.

They weren't pushy or selling me a product, they were helping me make an informed decision for the perfect diamond that fit my needs. Was skeptical buying diamonds over the internet, but this is a real location in downtown SF in the vicinity of many other diamond brokers. Found a unique setting and a great value on a sparkling diamond. I feel after looking at other rings in the price range at 30 sites /locationsI I pulled a semi custom, beautiful diamond engagement ring, about 2k-3k under the mall stores. Customer service 10/10. Responsive and will work with you.

Highly recommend this place for competitively priced diamonds and great customer service pre and post the purchase. They have a showroom in SF and scheduling an in-person appointment is really easy. Rings and diamonds are a really big purchase so compared to the other sites, being able to go in and see the items you are planning to buy really matters.

Out in San Francisco visiting old friends and went to Yadav to get an engagement ring resized (since didn't love the idea of shipping it back and forth). Maytal helped us out, made us feel comfortable, and of course did the resizing free of charge.
My original experience buying from here was amazing and their online system (I built an e-commerce company so I have a bit of experience) is so impressive and educational! Great place to buy an engagement ring, certified by GIA with the highest quality diamonds, and feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was helpful along the way, and whether you buy from Rare Carat (their sister company), or directly from Yadav, it's a great experience.

I was shopping for a sustainable diamond for quite some time, and after some research I decided that YADAV was the place to go to make it happen. All my shopping was strictly online (as I had a photo of what I wanted) and Ellie helped me through my entire process. I had the perfect diamond, I sent over the ring I wanted, and the jewelers drew up a CAD and it looked beautiful. Soon after I confirmed they began the creation of the engagement ring and it was BEAUTIFUL.
The ring, the staff, and customer service - so far has been exceptional.
