This review is long overdue. We worked with Yadav on my engagement ring, both our wedding rings, and my husband and I separately worked with them on our wedding presents to each other. We loved them so much we kept coming back! We worked almost exclusively with Edan, who is fabulous. He really listens, understands your vision and your price range and works to advise you to get the best possible value. He was super patient and responsive during the design process as we iterated to get exactly what we wanted. We shopped around before settling on Yadav. We selected them because they had good prices, great inventory, and excellent customer service. They are now our go to jewelers, and I can’t see myself going anywhere else! They are a family business and so have generations of jewelry knowledge. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for my beautiful rings. I live in Australia and was hesitant to purchase rings from overseas. Maytal was such a pleasure to deal with. I had about 100 questions and sent emails back and forth but she always took time to answer my questions. The quality of the rings is amazing and both of the rings I received were perfect. I am so happy. I have had multiple diamond rings and I have never been happy. I can finally say now I'm happy thanks to the team at Yadav.

My fiancé and I have been here over six visits, and I'm grateful for the kindness and excellent customer-centric, personable service Edan Y has shown us each time. The in-store experience and same-day email replies have exceeded my expectations in inquiring about diamonds and wedding bands. I honestly think Edan has mastered the art of timeliness and responsiveness.
Booking an appointment is easy through their website with immediate confirmation. Each time we visited, we were warmly greeted by Edan. Wait time, if any, was minimal each time, and we never felt rushed in our appointments which is a nod to their scheduling.
For our engagement ring, Yadav was initially not the first jeweler we visited, and we were well into our education for selecting a diamond after a few weeks of searching. While adjusting to the desired clarity, Edan's sister and himself gave honest opinions on price to clarity premiums which I appreciated. Edan was able to source diamonds quickly, along with the GIA report for me to review in-store at my convenience.
Ultimately, I picked out a beautiful diamond at a very reasonable price within my budget, and I do not doubt we went with the right jeweler.
We're also returning customers as we finalize our bands. Even a specific band I viewed elsewhere was able to be secured.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Yadav, all thanks to Destinee! I had been following Yadav's Instagram page which I HIGHLY recommend for a while but was having a hard time deciding on the perfect shape for my engagement ring, since I had only tried on cushion-shaped rings before visiting the store.
Destinee was an absolute gem. Not only was she incredibly sweet, but she was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As someone who can be quite picky, I had a lot of questions, but Destinee patiently answered each one of them, helping me find the perfect ring that I know is going to exceeded my expectations.
I'm already looking forward to going back to Yadav to shop for wedding rings.

YADAV made a custom ring for my wife and it was perfect. They provided drawings and specs for me to review and approve. They provided diamond details and if I wanted would have them IGA certified. I have purchased from them before so I trust their ratings. I would highly recommend them for custom jewelry. They also have a great selection of conflict free diamonds.

We look for timeless and simple design in jewelry and Yadav has all of the aspects we look for for our rings. My fiancé and I visited Yadav about a year ago while we were looking around for a jeweler. We worked with Edan and we were blown away by the experience we had! Edan took the time to explain everything we needed to know about rings and patiently answered all of our questions. Fast forward to last October, we were finally ready to ring shop and came back to work with Edan. Again, he made the experience and buying process super simple, informative and fun. During this whole process, I've also been talking to Maytal on their Instagram page and she has also been just as pleasant to work with! I finally saw my finished ring when my fiancé proposed this past weekend and I'm so in love!! It is everything I've ever dreamed of. After going to a few locations and looking at all the major online stores, we tried Yadav and I’m so happy we did. Suri, our sales representative, was expert in both her engagement ring knowledge and her customer service. She helped us with:
- Exploring setting styles & materials
- Exploring 4C’s, showing many examples to make sure we understood trade offs, what’s common/uncommon, and how they are affected by our setting preferences
- Providing design feedback on the combinations we thought we liked
- Choosing a specific diamond from the ones available via their suppliers
- Providing a rendering of the diamond and setting combination for approval before the ring was made
- Feeling comfortable, informed, and taken care of throughout our experience
I recommend Yadav, and Suri specifically, to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring, particularly if you are able to visit their showroom in San Francisco.

Came in late afternoon for an appt for my future fiancé and me. We were there with the intention to browse and try on rings so that I can discover what style I prefer, and then he would return without me.
Yadav, the owner, was kind, patient and very helpful in guiding me in the process of choosing the cut and then the setting. There was no pressure and he did not rush me while I processed everything mentally.
My partner took photos and notes of the ring style that spoke to me and will return for another appt.
Yadav's daughter manages their Instagram account and I must say it was helpful in preparing me for my ring appt. I learned quite a bit from their Instagram posts and stories.
It was such a pleasant and educational experience with Yadav Jewelry before (Instagram and booking appt online) and during our appt.

My fiancé cannot say enough amazing things about his experience at Yadav with the sales associate, Ivana. He inquired with Ivana/Yadav with minimal knowledge about diamonds and Ivana was there every step of the way to help answer any questions he had. She did such a great job explaining the different types of bands, setting heights, prong styles, and diamond cuts. Although we live in SF, he's never visited the actual store while creating the custom engagement ring for me. He wanted to make sure it was a surprise so he decided to do everything virtually. Ivana sent updates every step of the way and made sure that the ring was created to his liking.
Ivana is kind, knowledgable, patient, efficient, and such a delight to work with. She made the whole process so easy and enjoyable.
Now to the actual ring/diamond itself - it's absolutely gorgeous and I can't stop looking at it! It literally glistens and reflects/shimmers like a disco ball when light hits it at a certain angle. I am so so happy with it and we'll definitely be back to shop for weddings bands :) I can't wait to recommend Yadav/Ivana to all of my friends & family! Thank you again for the amazing experience!
