I went in person pre pandemic to see what diamond and ring my gf would like. We had a blast! It was one hell of an experience! The owner and I believe hos daughter helped us and they made it so easy to understand while making the experience fun and enjoyable. I ended up buying the ring and diamond in February during the pandemic and the help online with his staff was above and beyond! I def recommend! Also my gf is now my fiancé and she loves the ring sooo much and so do all our friends!!

More than 3,000 miles away I was a little reluctant to make such a large purchase, but I did my research and decided to trust Yadav Diamonds & Jewelry with one of the most precious moments in my life. Let's just say I'm glad I did, they delivered BIG TIME, every step of the way. I got the VIP treatment from both Maytal and Sheila. They are very knowledgeable and took care of me from beginning to end. They worked with me to customize the ring to flawless specification. The ring turned out absolutely stunning. My fiance'e loves it and constantly gets compliments. And the best part to me.... Along the way, something didn't quite go to plan that could have ruined our whole experience. At first I was definitely on edge especially being so far away, but let me just say that the entire team at Yadav made me feel comfortable, assured me that everything was going to be alright, they totally owned the mistake which is rare in business today. Mr. Yadav, called me to extend his apologies, took full responsibility for the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right. The ring is absolutely stunning, and I got it at a tremendous value compared to local jewelers. That being said, the reason I'll be customer for life is because I found someone I can trust who truly values their customers. Bought an engagement ring from them.They were fantastic. So helpful from the beginning questions to the final part of being the ring sized and then resized. Went and got a personal appraisal done to make sure what i paid for was what i received. Appraisal was 100% accurate with what i received. I would highly recommend them and will be going to them for the wedding bands as well.

I am absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring. I chose a setting that was perfect for me. They had many styles to choose from. Upon analyzing different choices of diamonds, I chose a stunning cut. Yadav put it all together resulting in a gorgeous ring. I live out of state so I had to take a chance and ordered it online. I couldn't be happier!

Yadav was great to work with. Amazing email communication throughout the process. I wanted something custom and they delivered! They shared CAD designs and a week after I approved, they built a beautiful ring at a great price. I did have to have it resized (solely my fault), and they happily did so in a couple days.

As a first time diamond buyer I did a lot of online research to find the perfect diamond. All of my online searches led to Yadav, and I'm glad they did. I went to Yadav twice -- once to see some diamonds and rings in person and to learn more, and the other time to make the purchase. Both times Maytal helped me and she was super helpful and patient with me, which I greatly appreciated as I'm sure I was asking really basic questions. Very happy with my purchase and the service that I received, will definitely return to Yadav for any future jewelry purchases!

Recently purchased a diamond from Yadav online and the entire process went by so smoothly. I couldn't believe how easy it was to buy a ring online with them. Very friendly, responsive customer service team, great communication. Some rings even qualify for 2-day shipping!
On top of everything, we were so thrilled with the quality of the diamond. We took the diamond to our original jeweler and he was even saying how great the diamond looked.

I bought my now fiance's engagement ring at the beginning of the year.
I found the Yadav site easy to use. The price was excellent. The service (mostly via email, plus one phone call) has been excellent as well.
After selecting the stone and ring combo, there was a notice on the site letting me know that it would take a few extra days since the stone had to be mounted. It took about 10 days to arrive, which seemed fairly quick to me.
I had to send the ring back to take it down a half a size. That process was pretty seamless and they paid for the shipping.
As far as the ring is concerned, my fiance LOVES it. She has received more compliments on it than I can count. I'm not much for jewelry myself, but I find myself staring at the stone. It's mesmerizing.
Overall, I think this purchase went as well as it could have. I don't regret not buying the ring locally. I got a great deal and there were no hiccups.

I am sooo happy with my engagement ring from Yadav Jewelry. The way my ring sparkles is amazing. I get so many compliments and even my friends tell me omg I can’t stop staring at your ring. Their customer service is wonderful and they respond to emails promptly. I recommend Yadav 1000%, you can’t find the quality of jewelry for the prices they give ANYWHERE. Trust me, we did a lot of research and came across Yadav after being unsatisfied with a ring from a different online jeweler. We look forward to purchasing more jewelry from Yadav in the near future

Easy to find diamonds that “fill the bill”, as far as the 4 C’s (cut, color, clarity and carat!) go. I was able to purchase diamonds to set at my own jeweler. I feel confident knowing what I purchased. And they are lovely! I would use this company again. Thanks!

I am STUNNED by Yadav's service. I'd been in awe looking at their diamonds online for awhile now, which are consistently priced very competitively, and I found a pair of 3/4 total carat weight diamond studs for the same cost as the best-priced 1/2 carat studs from anywhere else (and Yadav's were better quality, too!) in December. After wearing them for 3 months straight (true everyday earrings!), the back of one of the earrings fell out when I was in public, and I couldn't find it. At 4:50pm today (Friday) I called to ask if I could come in to get a replacement backing (hoping it would only cost $100-200), and the very nice woman on the phone said they would have availability for me to come in today! When I arrived an employee was very nice and found a backing that matched my earring. Then she said I was good to go? And that the replacement backing is complimentary as part of their service guarantee?! As someone with a tendency to lose things, my mind is blown! We didn't pay up for the service guarantee, and I didn't even have to provide any proof of purchase. I understand how valuable service is, but you're not even paying up for the service -- it's almost the opposite! I fully recommend Yadav to the internet, just as I have for a friend who got their wedding rings and engagement ring at Yadav a couple months ago!

Never expected to buy an engagement ring online but COVID made it hard to sneak around to local jewelers. I ended up really happy with the process and the diamond I found. Fast responses and straightforward process, which made it as comfortable as possible given the incredible stress of making the single greatest cash purchase of my life online.. I was looking to replace my girlfriends Pandora promise ring and wanted a reliable small business to help me. I ended up ordering a 0.52 carat Diamond ring on a beautiful solitaire setting. At first I was reluctant to order from Yadav since I have never been there and I am no where near California to visit their showroom. After looking at their website and comparing them to other retailers, it was clear that they had the better deals for better diamonds. It was very easy to get in contact with their employee. The ring arrived only a week after I ordered it and 2 Day shipping once they ship it out. She loves the ring and I do not regret choosing Yadav over the other large companies that everyone knows about. I will definitely be coming back here if I need a diamond jeweler in the future!

I ordered an anniversary ring online at Yadav.
I was initially hesistant as I had not heard about the store and this was not an in-person purchase. However, the whole experience was seamless and the responses were prompt and thorough. We got the ring before actual estimated time and it looks great. There was a size-mismatch (we provided larger dimensions) and they corrected it at no extra cost and shipped it right back.
