Their customer service worked with me to swap out a diamond last second to make sure it was EXACTLY what I wanted. They helped me match the diamond to a platinum solitaire band, addressed my concerns about shipping, and advised me on a mating wedding band. Yadav was absolutely unbelievable to work with. Whether it was my emails with questions, or my phone calls, they treated me so well and went above and beyond to answer my questions. They sent extra videos and pictures of the diamond I was considering. They did this and so much more. Every time I need something i heard back very quickly. I found a diamond on rarecarat that was sold by another retailer. I had already done my research on the various rarecarat retailers and was convinced Yadav was the best. Rarecarat reached out to Yadav on my behalf and Yadav was able to secure the diamond for less money than the listed retailer. Yadav has been great to work with. Like many reviews I see, I am very picky and had many emails back and forth with many questions. All answered very timely. It is a stressful process to buy such an expensive item sight-unseen, but Yadav minimizes the stress as much as possible. They were willing to send the loose diamond to us for inspection. Yadav (Maytal) then held a zoom meeting with us to view settings. Maytal had a CAD design created of a custom setting that combined the best features of 2 settings from their website. We are currently in the process of mailing the diamond back for setting. I’m sure it will be beautiful.
