Some of the highlights of my experience were the versatility of the foods you can eat, normally when you are stuck with a diet its dull and boring but with the 6 week challenge I had foods that were on the plan that I could be creative with and I quote enjoyed that. Another thing which I loved was just how attentive the coaches were and they were there answering questions every step of the way. The workouts were also extremely good and enjoyable and some exercises I'd never even heard of. Overall it was a very positive experience, hard work does pay off. For a while I struggled with weight and always kinda just said to myself "oh ill leave it until a later date" and it built up over years to the point where I knew I had to change, and that is where gravity transformation helped me. I highly reccomend them to anyone if you are looking for a better physique and ALSO a better wellbeing in gereral. Overall I lost 5.4% of my body fat, when I started out I was at 13.6% just 6 weeks ago and now 8 have achieved my goal and I am now 8.1%. Almost 1% away from Cristiano Ronaldo so I'm pretty proud .
