The Gravity Challenge is comprehensive and detailed six weeks program designed for rapid fat loss. In the beginning I was very skeptical and I would not believe it is possible to lose 9kg (20lbs) or 5% of body fat in such short period of time. I could not be wrong more because it worked! 😊
After six weeks of strictly following the program I have lost 11.4kg (25.13lbs) - from 86.6kg (190.92lbs) to 75.2kg (165.78lbs) and 4.1% of body fat - from 22.0% to 17.9%! 😮😎
I was given complete nutrition plan (I was following the three-phase meal plan), complete workout plans with video guide how to perform each exercise and coach Radoslav Pavlov for consultations and support. The recommended minimum is to hit a gym at least three times a week but I decided to do it four times a week to maximize my weight loss and it was great idea because I have reached awesome result -11.4kg (-25.13lbs).
Now I decided to continue and follow the last two weeks of nutrition plan and all workout plans to reach my new goal 70kg (154.32lbs). 💪😎
