Encore just coated our basement floor, and did a fabulous job. The ladies at the home office were courteous, professional, and patient in scheduling the project. The team that Encore sent to carry out the work was more than excellent in explaining to me when they would arrive, what they needed to complete the work successfully, how long it would take, and cleaning up afterwards. Not least of all, my basement floor now looks incredible! A job well done! I will be using Encore to coat my garage floor as well!
