Encore Concrete Coatings did a great job on our basement and garage flooring! The entire process was seamless from the sales person visiting our home to assess the job to the professional crew who showed up on time to do the job. Ian is an excellent salesman! Very professional, courteous and funny. We originally just wanted to do the basement but because he made us a deal we couldn’t resist, we signed up for the garage too! We did both floorings in the winter time and were flexible with the install dates, so we got a great price!! The only drawback was the smell as we couldn’t open the windows to air out the smell, which wasn’t too bad honestly. It went away after a couple of days. Another drawback from winter installation is it takes a little longer to cure dry. But all is well now! Let’s see how the floors hold up! Manny, Luis, and Damian (?) are absolutely wonderful! They showed up and did their job and did their job well! I hope they are compensated well for their time because it is a physically grueling job. The noise and smell from the floor installation was driving me crazy, I can’t imagine working with those conditions every day. I have nothing but respect for those men, they worked hard and made our floors so beautiful!!! In around 8am, out around 5pm. Don’t hesitate to hire Encore flooring!!! We had a great experience with them and they were always around to answer our calls!
