I have to say it’s rare to find a contractor that does everything right and with Encore I was able to do just that.  From the very first phone call to set up the appointment, everyone was nice and professional.  Homer, the sales rep showed up right on time was super knowledgeable but not pushy like some of the other quotes I received.  He worked with me on price and got me a great deal.  The office scheduled my floor shortly after and they communicated every step of the way even reminding me a few days before the job of the time they would be showing up and what to expect.  The crew was on time, explained the process and went to work.  About 8 hours later I had an amazing transformation of my garage.  I could not be happier and would 1000% recommend Encore to anyone.  Keep up the good work.
