Loved how our garage floor looked upon completion (hated having to wait a few days to park on it). Our sales rep, Chris Morrissey, was very professional and did a great job informing us of the value of their product. My one and only complaint would be that I was unable to make contact with any representative from the company during the week prior in order to ask some questions and verify that the project was still occurring since it had been some time since the contract was signed. But they contacted me a day or two before to verify my appointment. So don't panic if you don't hear from them much between the sales date and installation date. They will reach out to you. Update: A little less than year later I experienced a minor problem with my floor. I expected a long-drawn-out battle attempting to get assistance like one would expect from some companies. I went to Encore's website, followed the directions for repair work, and expected a long wait. Much to my surprise I was contacted the next business day and advised that a service rep would be out the following day to make the needed repair and that I needn't be present if it wasn't convenient for me. I was shocked! Pleasantly so. Enough for me to want to update my review and raise my rating up to 5 stars.
