He clearly explained all of the options and process. Roy was fantastic doing the job. He was on time, efficient and masterfully completed each step in the process. Cleanup was excellent. We are extremely pleased with his work and the result. Communication from Encore was excellect from beginning to end. They also made the extra effort to accomodate our schedule. Job well done!
