I just sat with one of Encore’s sales rep, Joe, and he was excellent. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish, through the product and options available. He was extremely patient with my inability to make a decision right away on a couple different parts of the project (haha) but he made sure I had all questions answered and felt comfortable with my decision in the end. Him and Daniel worked with me on pricing and got to a place that was reasonable for my budget - all so appreciated. It made it easy to make the decision at the end of our meeting to move forward with our project and I am so excited to get my garage coating completed this Spring!
