Edit: Updated this review to reflect the response from the company to the review below. I highly appreciate the way they handled their mistake. I scheduled an estimate last year but had to reschedule. We never had them come out and now like clock work, I’ve been bombarded with “review appeals” monthly. So here is my review. One star for not catching that we did not have an estimate or a service performed, due to not finding an appointment time that worked for both parties.
