The exceptional crew from Encore Coating showed up promptly to my home and prepped the basement (furnace and ductwork). Their demeanor was professional, courteous, and most pleasant. They explained the process from start to finish, and answered all of my questions. The final product was more beautiful than I expected. My new basement floor now look absolutely stunning.
