Encore representative Tony came to our home to review with me the steps that were necessary to repair our garage floor that was seriously damaged by winter salt water, he was very knowledgeable about the process needed to repair the damage and was excellent in explaining the repair process to me. He is an excellent Encore Representative. We will have the repair work done in the near future.
