Every step of the process from sales, support, and installation exceeded my expectations! The team of 2 people were very courteous, friendly, meticulous, and professional. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The Sales Manager Jason, worked with me regarding the final cost, which I appreciated. They are on target to do 1700 floors, with nine (9), 2 man teams in 2022. Encore is one of those rare companies today, that put quality and customer satisfaction, above their desire to make money.
