The entire process was laid out with a detailed timeline and every step came with instructions that were performed on-time with a staff that paid attention to detail. The most important part to me was when I was questioning the non-slip grit at the end of the project and without hesitation, Encore Garage sent the crew back out to make a minor change to ensure I was 100% satisfied. In my opinion, that's what separates a good company from a great company. And aesthetically speaking, my garage looks fantastic!
