This 5 star rating is based off the fact that Encore made sure that the end result of our garage floor was highly satisfactory. For whatever reason, after they first finished the floor, it had a very uneven appearance and texture. They were very committed to making sure that we were very satisfied. They fixed the issues very quickly and now we are extremely happy with our garage.
