After getting the problem areas repaired, I have some additional comments. The technician did what looks to be a good repair. The areas where the repairs were made are ones that they had patched as part of the initial project. Those areas can be difficult to repair well. I edited my initial review. After a year, there are a number of spots where the coating is bubbling and coming off. I tried to submit a claim on their website, but it wouldn't accept it. I called their office and was told me to email it to them, which I did. After a week, there was no response so I called. I was given "Jake's" voice mail where I left a message, but never received a response. My next call was a few days later, but again, no response. It's now been 9 days. They were here on time and had the garage done shortly past noon. The floor looks great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's only been down for a few months and I want to see how it ages.
