I had called 3 different places to get my garage floor done and encore was the first and most reseasonable price. The sales guy was very nice personable and gave me his time to explain everything. On the flip side though the schedule was 2 to 3 months out and we were put on hold for that long with our brand new garage because we didn't want to load it full just to empty it out again. Also the curbs around the edge on the inside of the garage the flake color could've been "thicker" or better coverage. The install guy was very nice respectful polite. I was shocked though it was only one guy that showed up. Felt bad because it was pretty cold. Love the floor though. P.S it did stink for a good long while afterwards. Strong.
