They made everything so easy—on-time deliveries, flexible scheduling, and just genuinely great customer service. It might sound simple, but having something as basic as great-tasting water taken care of really makes a difference in the day-to-day at the office.
It’s genuinely saddening that, due to a recent acquisition, we’ll no longer be continuing with Twin Rocks. They've been such a dependable part of our routine, and we’ll truly miss working with them. Absolutely hands down the best customer service and the best spring water you can get. I have no fear calling them and telling them when I need to change things or if a bottle has any issues. Which doesn’t happen often but when it does they are very attentive and handle it right away without question. I switched from ready fresh a few years back and I am so glad I did. They’re amazing, everyone in the company is amazing! Christine is awesome and so is Nathan!! This company is human from the top to the bottom and that's what I appreciate most!!
