5 stars for customer service… I am not sure about the algae that sometimes forms in the water, I definitely need to research it more, but I’m still not giving it to my kids. That being said, as far as customer service goes, this is a great company! Not only do you talk to actual humans who take time to answer your questions, but they genuinely care about their customers. Nathan knew I was no longer a customer, but still kept reaching out to me because he knew I was not happy. After dealing with such terrible customer service these days, to see the level of care this company takes with its customers feels like a breath of fresh air. While I may no longer be a water customer, they definitely won me with their response. Nathan made me feel heard and important and that matters a lot. He took my concerns seriously and was professional and patient throughout the entire conversation. Once again, im no scientist, and im not 100% on the water, but as far as customer service goes, this company has got it!

We switched from Poland Spring to Twin Rocks and couldn't be happier. The water tastes excellent, the pricing is good, and free delivery. The driver knows exactly where to swap our empties for new bottles so we don’t even have to think about it. If you want high-quality water and hassle-free service, this is the company to go with

I haven’t been a customer long, I just left ready refresh and their terrible prices. . So far, I am more than impressed with Twin Rocks, The water jugs come cold The other company didn’t do that and the dispenser that I’m renting looks 10 times better than the one I had from the last company and I’m paying like almost 50% less. . The water is still good. Nothing has changed as far as the water quality . . Oh except it comes cold
