5 stars for customer service… I am not sure about the algae that sometimes forms in the water, I definitely need to research it more, but I’m still not giving it to my kids. That being said, as far as customer service goes, this is a great company! Not only do you talk to actual humans who take time to answer your questions, but they genuinely care about their customers. Nathan knew I was no longer a customer, but still kept reaching out to me because he knew I was not happy. After dealing with such terrible customer service these days, to see the level of care this company takes with its customers feels like a breath of fresh air. While I may no longer be a water customer, they definitely won me with their response. Nathan made me feel heard and important and that matters a lot. He took my concerns seriously and was professional and patient throughout the entire conversation. Once again, im no scientist, and im not 100% on the water, but as far as customer service goes, this company has got it!
