So I got so fed up with Ready Refresh not showing, canceling deliveries, etc. I decided to give Twin Rocks a try. They great- from the water to delivery to customer service I have not had any problems. I would highly recommend them- you won't regret it

Not only is their service superior, their customer service gets back to you immediately and their prices are fantastic. I personally went through hell with our previous service and I am extremely excited about this locally, family operated company.

They do what they say, deliver when they say they will. It is convenient with getting a text and telling them what I want. They place the water containers where I ask them to. They are responsive to email and text. They are price competitive. I got rid of ReadyFresh. ReadyFresh has not figured out what it means to be customer focused. After being with them for over 10 years they still charged me a deposit for empty returns I may have forgotten to put out the night before delivery as if I was going to steal a 3 gallon jug. Extremely petty and hard to deal with and more expensive than TwinRocks. I have been with TwinRocks for a year now and I am pleased with them.
