They do what they say, deliver when they say they will. It is convenient with getting a text and telling them what I want. They place the water containers where I ask them to. They are responsive to email and text. They are price competitive. I got rid of ReadyFresh. ReadyFresh has not figured out what it means to be customer focused. After being with them for over 10 years they still charged me a deposit for empty returns I may have forgotten to put out the night before delivery as if I was going to steal a 3 gallon jug. Extremely petty and hard to deal with and more expensive than TwinRocks. I have been with TwinRocks for a year now and I am pleased with them.

So once in a while. there is a gem out there and this is it… There are small company but they take their work very seriously always deliver. Excellent quality. Their delivery service is great as is their customer service

Honestly don’t even bother comparing them to the big boys like Poland Spring unless you don’t mind nonexistent Customer Service awful delivery and zero response instead I strongly recommend Twin Rocks. A pleasure to work with keep everything simple prices are amazing and honestly They’ll blow anyone out of the water.,,,!

If you’re looking for a reliable water delivery service, look no further. Contact Twin Rocks asap! I was a customer of Ready Refresh for a year and was impacted by that company’s merger with Primo brands. The merger caused immediate impact on my regular water delivery and I was almost at two months without a delivery. My delivery kept being inexplicably cancelled by Primo every day to the next business day, and the reschedule would happen after business hours so there was no one to contact.
I’d had enough and after doing a lot of research, I decided to reach out for a quote from Twin Rocks. Nathan contacted me ASAP with a friendly call, and not only did he provide a better quote than my poor service with Primo, but he offered to contact Primo and cancel my service with them on my behalf!
My first delivery arrived on time and I could not be happier with Twin Rocks. I feel like I’m in good hands with them and I’m really so glad that I found them. Thank you Nathan and the Twin Rocks team!!!
