I would like to thank Jason and Zhanna for the excellent and professional service they provided. From the very start, there work as migration agent were responsive, courteous and caring and provided me with not only with migration advice but support throughout the migration process. They managed the whole migration process and kept me informed all the time. My visa issue was a difficult case and complex case as I had a long migration history. It was also an urgent matter as I had not long left on my visa. Without Heenan & Browne Visa and Migration team the process would have been too scary to do on my own. In my opinion they are the best agents in Canberra, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My experience has been positive, and I got my permanent residency visa, so I was very happy to come and live in Canberra to be with my friends. Highly recommended migration agents for immigration visas. Worth every dollar. Its too scary to do it on your own.

Excellent service! I worked with Zhanna for a 190 visa with a very tight timeline, a difference of one or two days would render me ineligible for the nomination criteria. Zhanna was prompt and knowledgeable about the process. I was hesitant about applying, but was assured by her advice that its worth a try. I'm happy to say that I have been granted a 190 visa, and would recommend her services.

Excellent service, highly recommend Heenan and Browne! Jason worked very efficiently with my Sponsoring employer and myself. The requirements were clearly explained for all which allowed for a stress free visa process. Timing was critical in my case as my employer needed me to start the job asap. Jason and his team responded to all queries in a very timely manner, guided us each step of the process and handled any concerns with high professionalism in a genuine friendly manner. My visa grant came quicker than expected, with no further questions asked! i believe this is down to the way Heenan and Browne handled their work! Yes, it is very overwhelming when you have a look at the Home affairs website and see a whole heap of codes and subclasses for different types of Visas and have no idea where to begin. I did what most did and googled “Migration Agent Canberra”. Heenan and Browne were the top return result and the best user reviews. We found the initial consultation was very helpful to understand what was involved in the process and instantly after talking with Zhanna, we had more clarity on the application process. The A4 page of questions I brought to the consultation were all answered and this helped in confirming our choice with H&B. Price was a little higher compared to the other agents, however I can confidently say the price was reflected by the work and knowledge Heenan and Browne invest. Zhanna who was looking after our application, was very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive to all our questions and needs. My wife and I felt we were looked after by Zhanna and the team throughout the whole process of the Offshore Subclass 309 Partner Visa application. I may add that it was approved 5 months later :) Being represented by a professional and highly recognised agent made us feel confident that the application would get processed accurately and within a timely matter. Thanks again Zhanna and the H&B team for making our dream come true.
