I had the back and neck massage done by Tennile. I was suffering from really bad upper back pain and after two sessions it’s so much better. I went in today, had an eyebrow wax and the pedicure, facial power peel and LED treatment pack. The entire experience was amazing. I’m a very anxious person and have also been working extremely hard during the pandemic, but more during the last few months and I was instantly relaxed as I walked in. Even during the eyebrow waxing! A little bit of wax did drop into my hair, and I asked if they had something to get it out, mistakes happen I wasn’t too fussed just didn’t want to have to cut it out. The staff were able to get it out and even that was so relaxing. They ended up not charging me for the eyebrow wax which was far too generous of them, I did not expect that at all as I am extremely happy with my eyebrows and the entire experience. I’ve never had a pedicure or facial before, but will be back for sure. Best way to kick off my week off work! Thank to all the amazing staff for such a wonderful experience.

They make my daughter feel confident about her self care routine and take their time to ensure that all her needs are met. .. My daughter has experienced difficulties within her young life however the vibrant team relieve her of this stress every time that she has an appointment. .. Just received the most amazing full body massage this afternoon from Courtney. To say I still feel relaxed right now a couple of hours later would be a massive understatement and I know I’ll sleep amazingly tonight. Her massage skills are next level amazing!!
