Jaric air conditioning and electrical were great to deal with. From the first call, all staff that I spoke to were courteous and helpful. I had an air conditioner that was out of action and the team were able to arrange a technician to visit within a couple of days. Chris was punctual, friendly and diagnosed the issue quickly. The price was competitive and we are very happy with the service provided.

We engaged Jaric Air Conditioning and Electrical to assess a potential issue with the air conditioner at one of our investment properties. It turned out the existing unit likely wasn’t worth repairing due to the costs involved, but Jaric offered a well-priced replacement that happened to be on sale.
The install team—Flynn and Finn—did a fantastic job. They removed the old unit, installed the new one efficiently, and were considerate, clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. They also took the time to walk us through the system and made sure everything suited our needs.
Despite the cold weather and what I imagine is still a busy season, Jaric were able to supply and install the system quickly. They were also very responsive to any questions I had throughout the process.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again across other properties. Five out of five—easily recommended to friends, colleagues, or anyone managing investment properties.
