Well, today being Black Friday, 8.00 am, i had the worst morning ever. My HWS (Hot Water Systems)trip its switch. My first thought was it's an electrical fault I rang Jarric and immediately with freindly help of the reception i had an appointment for the technician to come out to find the fault.Yep, they did find the fault in both elements were gone, like me they were confused as to why they shorted out, as the system is only two years old.So, they replace them, then on refilling the tank that there was a massive leak coming from inside the tank (top element)The supervisor came out fixed it with some sort of silastic until the installers of the machine come out on Monday.done their duty above and beyondso watch this space for further updates
