We recently returned from a Micato Safari in Kenya and Tanzania. We had dreamed for years of visiting this part of Africa on safari, and Micato pulled out all the stops to make it as special and memorable as possible. We saw amazing animals and stunning scenery at every turn, all while receiving such a high level of personal service and warm hospitality. I highly recommend Micato for your safari dreams!

If you want a worry free, fantastic Safari, Micato is the only way to go. They were there when we landed in Nairobi and assisted us the entire trip. Even stayed at the airport to make sure we were on our way back home. I cannot say enough about our experience with this company. Special shout out to our personal guide, Samuel Brown! One of the best!! So many more people to thank but the list is endless. So thank you to the entire staff that made our Safari an experience of a lifetime!!

Words cannot do justice to the experience I had in Eastern Africa. From the moment we arrived, with David and Lewela waiting to swiftly take us to our ‘humble’ abode to the time we were bid farewell back again at the airport, every day was surprising in its own unique way.
All the astounding moments and sights - graceful lionesses who appeared just for us, lazying in the sun; little cheetah cubs who would just peep out of the tall grass wondering who these strangers were (us), a solitary 'chui' who stared right into our souls, to all the excellent hotels and the fabulous people - the privilege to view and meet was all ours. The highlight for me was the moment in the Serengeti wilderness in the dark of night with only little lamps to cut through the darkness, when I saw the Milky Way galaxy – a moment that was confounding, left me speechless and starstruck (literally)!
So, thank YOU - all the wonderful people of Micato - for a magical experience, or rather, lots of them!
