What a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about how polished and professional the people with Micato are. Everything went so smoothly, and when it didn't, no fault of their own, they took care of everything and made sure to get us back on track quickly and efficiently. Our Micato Safari experience exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. The Safari itself was stellar but then add to that the food, the accommodations, the customer service that were all top notch. We were there 10 days and each day they delivered even more experiences. They truly get how to take the experience to the next level. Our guide Denis was so accommodating, organized, knowledgeable and personable. The entire staff made the experience better - including the ever changing crazy airline/flying requirements. Best trip of my life!!!
