The staff were very experience and patience on the time I need to recover. A special shout out to Alpa who introduced intense Physio each appointment and challenged me to new exercises that I never did. Thanks to Utsavi and Ashley who are so efficient in what they do, so professional and caring, adding to the team is a recipe for success. I would recommend Lake Shore CCPC to family and friends and I would not hesitate to return for any physiotherapy treatment. THANKS, GREAT TO BE PAIN FREE.

Dr. Ivan is amazing! Highly recommend visiting for massage. He has addressed many of my mobility issues and I am now pain free. He spends time getting to know his patient’s previous medical and injury history in order to address the issue presented, while preventing future issues. I recommend him to everyone I know, looking for an educated and respectful RMT.

Getting treated for lumbar spinal stenosis with Dr Ivan, been coming to clinic since May 2022, getting great results , helped me with lowering to almost no pain meds, very informative, helpful, professional, if it wasn't for Dr Ivan I would still have a lot of pain thank you for giving me tools , knowledge of how to deal with my issues for lower back ,

I highly recommend Dr. Ivan Kirov for massage therapy and chiropractic treatment. I had shoulder soreness that really limited my range of motion and after a few sessions Dr. Kirov had me right on the way to recovery. He was able to quickly figure out the problem through his extensive knowledge and I started feeling relief right away. He also gave easy to follow and very effective exercises for me to complete. No matter what pain you have, I am certain that you will find a solution here.

Combined with physiotherapy and massages, Paul’s acupuncture treatment helped a lot with managing my pain. Although none of these treatments will address the root cause of my pain, (minor bone growth in C6, likely pressing against a nerve), these therapies certainly help with muscle inflammation… I don’t feel any pain at all.

Complete Care Physio was a very positive experience for our family. Our son sustained two head injuries within a short period of time causing a severe concussion. He struggled with his symptoms and could not attend school or participate in sports. Alpa (physiotherapist) and Utsavi (PTA) created a personalized 5 week physio therapy program. The program included in-clinic treatment and exercises to work on at home. They were very knowledgeable in treating concussions and it helped our son immensely. Their patient care was wonderful. We would highly recommend their services!

It is amazing I followed through to this place via an Instagram ad. I would normally never do that but I am glad I did. I had nothing but expertise and communication from Geeta (and Tariq and Riley) for my various injuries over the years. Technicians and admins have all been exemplary too. I was really unsure about the recovery period being expedited but Geeta provide excellent physiotherapy even getting me to get an ultrasound to rule out other problems and further treatment. I also picked this place because they have laser and shockwave treatments. There’s chiropractic, massage and other services avail here and they’re open weekends too. Free parking!
