This place was unexpectedly great.
My physiotherapist, Sagunda, was very knowledgeable about the body. One look at my posture, and she was able to deduce so much about me. She took a very compassionate approach in my first ever physio experience - it really helped me feel relaxed and enjoy the process.
I'm far from a kineliologist, but studied this in my undergrad so have a very limited knowledge of the body. And it was great to feel that whatever Sagunda was telling me was an extension of my past learned knowledge.
I felt immediate results after session 1.
after session 2, my neck mobility increased almost back to normal
environment is clean
Can't speak for the other physiotherapists, but if they are all as good as Segunda, I will recommend this place with flying colors.

I came to this clinic because I had pain in the right knee and I was about to travel to do a several day hike.
Alpa, Geeta and specially Tariq were very helpful and their treatment not only helped to get rid of the pain, but also to get tools that supported me through my hike to complete 118 km without a single injury.

I started taking treatment because of my Achilles. Doctor Geeta was really knowledgeable and guiding from day 1. The exercises that were taught really helped with the pain. Tariq was also really helpful and supportive. Yashika, the receptionist, was super active by calling and confirming my appointments before hand, helped me book appointments according to my schedule. Overall, the experience was really fruitful and healing.

I had a great experience at Complete Care Physiotherapy Centre. I went in with a knee injury. Alpa and Dhwani were my physiotherapists and did a wonderful job. They took their time and did not rush me. They are experts in their field and the work they did on my knee really helped heal it. They showed me many exercises that I could do at home. They even sent me pictures and instructions on how to do each exercise. They used the laser which was very effective. My knee improved quite quickly. The front desk staff are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Complete Care Physiotherapy Centre.

I was officially discharged from Complete Care today after 5 months and dozens of physical therapy sessions due to a car accident in December. I was in the worst pain I ever experienced in my life, and immediately met with Geeta who diagnosed all of the issues I had in specific parts of my upper body. She, Maria and the rest of the front desk team were extremely helpful in filling out my short-term disability forms for work. I switched between her and Alpa and they are both clear and kind in their therapy methods. I learned new stretches every session and never felt rushed. A big shoutout to Tariq who helped out as an assistant on all occasions as well.
Bottom line: If you have the chance to go here, you are in the best hands no matter who your physiotherapist is. 5/5 stars!

I had issues with my mid and lower back that prevented me from doing my regular things. Greta and Tariq were very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in addressing my back pain successfully. Their focus was not just on the immediate area of concern but also how this related to other areas such as my core and upper legs. They provided me with valuable advice and exercises for me to prevent the pain to return.

I am writing on behalf of my mother. She went in for physiology therapy for some problems with her legs. She said she had a very good experience and it has helped her with her pain a lot! The two receptionists, Maria and Sanchita, were very nice and helpful. And the three physiotherapists, Alpa, Geeta and Tariq were fantastic. Thank you to everyone for helping her!

My experience with Complete Care Physiotherapy Centre has been great. I was having some neck/shoulder pain that I have never experienced before so I was looking for a long-term solution. After a few sessions with Dr. Ivan the pain subsided. He is very knowledgeable. He helped me understand what may have caused it and also coached me on what I can do to prevent it from happening. Exactly what I needed!

I am so thankful for Complete Care for helping me with my knee pain. I received the best treatment possible; the providers are so attentive and kind, and from the first session you can feel the improvement already. Every session is different to fit with your current needs and pain level, and Alpa (the Physiotherapist) and Tariq and Dhwani (the Physiotherapist Assistants) are very nice to talk to and helpful. The Physiotherapist adapted the exercises to fit with my routine, so I can do them anywhere at anytime. The laser and TENS plus the soft tissue massage relieved my pain so much that after an appointment I barely felt pain. The entire team is so kind and joyful. I highly recommend this place! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Complete care Physiotherapy. Alpa, my Physiotherapist was brilliant, with the help of Dhwani and Tariq. Very professional, polite and very patient. I had a very strong pain in my knee which was big deal for me as I could not do exercises or even walk. Alpa was perfect, she listened to every word I said, understood my issue and started my therapy step by step, till I was completely healed. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The great thing is that she corrected a lot of things I used to do, like posture, the way I exercise and also gave me very good advices for the way forward in terms of stretches and practices. I really appreciate the whole clinic, very organized and professional. I strongly recommend this clinic and the whole team, Thank you for your great support

I have been going to Complete Care since August following an motor vehicle accident. The staff at Complete Care are organized and pleasant. My therapist, Dr. Ivan, has been instrumental in my recovery. His approach is to thoroughly understand body mechanics before prescribing a treatment regimen. His treatment (combo of massage, accu, manual therapy and realignment) has worked to alleviate the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders.

I have been to this location quite sometime for a Chiropractor treatment with Ivan. I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain from sitting at my desk all day. Ivan has managed to relax my muscles and remove the knots making it easier for me to work without pain. Ivan is very skilled and knowledgeable in this field.

My experience at Complete Care Physiotherapy has been excellent and informative. Alpa and Dhwani have been so lovely. I have had on-going back pain for years without any explanation of the problem or finding anything for relief. I was worried about going to physio because I wasn't sure if it would help and I was worried about finding a physio therapist that would be right for me. All of my worries dissolved after my first appointment. I am happy to find doctors who actually explain what is going on in my body in plain language. Within the first appointment I knew why my back was go through spasms and what I needed to work on to fix it. I was already feeling relief after my first appointment. I am thankful for everything Complete Care has done for me.

I've been visiting Geeta and Tariq for physiotherapy for my knee. They've done a really good job treating my pain. They put in a strong effort to treat the problem from its root causes rather than just give me temporary pain relief. I've seen a lot of improvement within a month. I'd definitely recommend them!
