I went in for physio with bad tendinopathy. With Alpa’s treatments, laser therapies and exercises she provided, my life has improved a lot. I am about 80% recovered and still continuing to recover at a fast pace. Highly recommend this place for injury treatments.

I have been a client for a couple of years for different injuries. Recently, I have been dealing with a tennis elbow situation. The treatment I have received has been great, the experience of the therapist and knowledge is always a bonus as helped for me to understand my injury and how treatment would to reduce the pain and get me back to normal. I'm now in the maintenance phase of treatment and hope back to 100%. Thank you Alpa and Dhwani.

I just completed my six week treatment (chiro/acupuncture/laser therapy) for excruciating lower back pain. My therapist was Dr.Kirov. He was very knowledgeable, understood my concerns and provided effective treatment. I am much improved. I wake up without pain. Thank God for the good doctor. I also appreciated his holistic approach to his practice. I am more aware of the lifestyle changes and proper posture that I must incorporate to live a healthy and pain free life. I now see him my massages. If you need help and need good holistic treatment, I recommend Dr. Kirov.
The staff is also friendly especially Sujita. She is cordial and warm. I also feel welcomed and well served.

I went for deep tissue massage and I emphasized on the phone that are you sure you have someone who knows how to do deep tissue massage. Still I received a regular massage. Also, in the room the music was playing dance pop music instead of an spa music!!!! Another point is that this is really a clinic, so don’t expect to see spa ambience. They’re during blood and urine testing few rooms away with clinic type washrooms etc.

Avoid this place. Went in here for physio to help reduce my SI Joint pain. They went very agressive with one stretch and caused my knee to swell up become inflexible right after the session. Now I am limping with a cane for almost two weeks and and am worse off than before I came in.

Too much foot traffic as office is shared with pharmacy and doctor office.
Parking is underground and you have to walk up a hill, set of stairs & along lakeshore.
Not a quiet environment. doors are constantly slamming, Laser machine is so loud and continuously beeps, you can hear everyone’s discussions so there is a lack of privacy.
dr.avi & Wednesday massage therapist were the only positive experience.
Overall NOT a suitable location for anyone with a TBI.

I paid $118 for what was supposed to be a therapeutic massage in what was more like a cold dirty closet on an old wrinkled sheet with no relaxing music or any ambience by someone who did not seem to know how to give a massage. It was an hour of him staying in the same area not even touching any other part of my body other than my shoulders, which is the problem area, but he couldn't even really rub that right. I could go on and on but it was the Worst massage I've ever had. The only excuse he could possibly have is he's supposedly a chiropractor, maybe he just is not trained to give massages and they had no one else, but it was a total waste of my money. I get mad every time I think about it. I had no insurance and I was going there to get some relief. It was almost laughable when he suggested $900 repeat chiropractic services. I wish I'd gone with my first instinct when I saw the room which was to just leave.

Awful! I had a relaxing RMT massage last night and it was the worst experience I ever had! Room was bulit by partitions and it was too noisy and too dirty. No music and nothing! I was charged for 108$ for nothing! The therapist also was talking too much and gaving me muscles advise which was not necessary! I was there for relaxing but I got nervous and upset and will never go back to this low quality center. Wasting money and time !

Complete waste of time and money! Deserves 0 stars.
My husband went in for back injury/pain. We asked for acupuncture he got 4 micro needles didn't feel any relief or introduced to the procedure nothing. Total $180 we could have used for 2 massage therapies that would have helped his back better. The girl that helped him didn't seem to really know what she was doing.

I went to this clinic for my Sciatica pain. Nothing but made it more worst than what it was before. My physiotherapist Ishani Sangavi who treated me I must say she has no knowledge at all and she has no patience to listen my concern and I learned she is not fully registered physiotherapist. I have been referred this physio clinic by one of my friend. It is unfortunate with my experience with Ishani I must say management of this clinic must be careful in hiring with right attitude. I ended up going to another clinic therapist is really good and I feel lot better.

I had shockwave therapy here. It was too painful the first time. I tried it a few times after...same experience. No way I'll be coming back for that type of treatment.
