Ordering was simple and 3 days later the 2000 pounds of red mulch was delivered! The driver was not able to unload the pallet with the hand forklift so we actually had to offload it by the bag. This is my fourth order and this completes the front yard. We have not spread the last 50 bags yet so this is yard with only 3 orders. We love it! The photo was taken in a heavy rain storm and that rubber stayed in place very nicely. Also quick delivery. Next year we do the back yard.

The mulch was delivered on time, no errors in quantity or quality, the delivery man was friendly and courteous. It looks great! Satisfied customer! One suggestion: Send two guys to deliver. The truck driver needed my assistance when unloading the six pallets of mulch.

I got two separate orders of a ton each of rubber mulch from Mulch Direct. The price was right, online checkout process was secure and simple, delivery was prompt and with a smile both times! The mulch is perfect for my doggy daycare yard! I wouldn’t get my rubber mulch from anywhere else.

I have ordered a pallet of black rubber mulch twice now. Delivery is free and a FedEx tractor/trailer delivered it both times. First order came as one pallet, stacked neatly and wrapped in plastic. Second time, it came as two pallets, half the height as first but still wrapped nice. It seems to last, color wise better than wood mulch. Nicer to walk on and very easy to work with. I have yet to encounter any steel that tires are made of. I will def order again, as I am sure I will need more.

I LOVE, LOVE how easy it was to order and get it delivered to my house. I have already told several people to go online to your website and see that the prices are cheaper than the big box stores and you deliver For FREE! I thought surely I would have left over mulch since I ordered the 2,000 lb pallet and I used it ALL!
