Ordered a pallet and a half of rubber mulch for my daughters play ground set area. We were happy with the quality of the mulch. It was clean and so far we haven't found any pieces that were undesirable. Also we got bagged just to make it easier to carry to the back yard and the bags were in good shape...not riddled with holes ect. We would buy again and reccomend.

It was delivered on time, dropped in the place I requested. I love it, it doesn't blow away colour is consistent, and not faded at all. I run out of time to use it all , but it has an added bonus. I stacked some bags of it in my poly greenhouse and it acts as a thermal heater. It would appear the parts of my garden covered with it are getting warmer earlier . Also I'm not going to have to re-mulch for years

Ordering was a snap online. Merchandise delivered on schedule. Order was split onto two pallets which made it tremendously convenient for me to store and disperse at my own pace. Delivery company driver was extremely accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this experience to EVERYONE!

Great product and great service! We ordered a 1 1/2 pallets of the black. Ordered it on a Wednesday evening and got a call Monday morning to arrange delivery that day. Very quick delivery!!! Put all the mulch down with no problem. Have had many neighbors stop by to compliment on the mulch. Would use again!

Online purchasing experience was simple. Delivery was on time and the delivery team was great. The mulch was easy to spread and looks great. Unlike traditional mulch, it doesn’t blow away or wash away from rain.

Wish I’d done this years ago! All the wood mulch I’ve bought (and blown away) over the years, not to mention the time to spread it every couple of years is a thing of the past.

Other than being a little slow in responding they are a to notch company. Once the order was placed (88,000 pounds - 44 super sacks) they never missed a beat. Was constantly in touch from scheduling to delivery. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Ordered 50 bags of black rubber mulch for front yard flower beds. Looks great! Greatly reduced the number of weeds popping up. Will order again next year for some new landscaping on our back yard.

Excellent rubber mulch as described and looks great. We put it down in November and it's almost June, and no complaints. The smell was gone within a day or two after spreading it. We have three large trees that drop a lot of leaves, so that's a problem. We found that it is best to blow the leaves when the they're dry, so they lift off of the mulch best. We also blow the leaves toward the house to stop the small pieces of mulch from blowing into the yard. Then, pick them up. It works.

I couldn't be happier with my order from Mulch Direct. I mulched my entire backyard, almost 8,000lbs of mulch. It was delivered earlier than expected. I was very concerned that the smell was going to be so bad and I wouldn't be able to enjoy my yard for weeks, but the mulch from Mulch Direct has no odor. Also, I have dogs and I was a bit concerned there'd be metal pieces but I haven't dealt with any metal. The mulch is very good quality. And best of all, it's the best price out there! The color is perfect too. Honestly, you won't find a better rubber mulch out there!
