The product is just as advertised. We could not be happier with how it turned out. The natural look and lightweight feel is exactly what we are looking for under our children's new playset. It being mold and bug resistant is an added bonus in addition to it being safe for our children. The entire experience from consultation, to order, shipping/delivery and the customer service was excellent. We highly recommend it!

I bought a pallet. Mulch Direct had the best price I could find online. Shipping was quick and I received the amount I ordered. My biggest fear was erased when I opened the first bag. The fear of the rubber looking like "chunks", instead it was shredded and looked exactly like mulch should look. Unless a person touches it, walks on it, gets their eye within a foot of it or "in the first week" smells it they would never it is rubber. The rubber smell does go away. Based on the appearance alone, I'd buy this again if needed.

Absolutely the best rubber mulch I have found. It doesn’t have the white wall mulch from the tire. I had to buy about 10 bags extra from a local supplier and they were not even the same quality as mulch direct. If I need more I will definitely use mulch direct for my purchase. I highly recommend mulch direct.
