Ed Brown’s the MAN. He got me approved and driving same day. I came in thinking my only options would end up being an insurmountable down payment or to have my credit ran and affected just to be told I wasn’t qualified enough. He worked with my poor credit. He fought to get me a vehicle I was satisfied with and made me feel as though I had options even though my credit is poor. He was very detailed and prepared so that everything went smooth and quick. Paula was a very nice and worked to get us approved. I would recommend her for someone else. My only issue was the program was not explained well to me. They didn’t tell me up front that the car I would get is what was picked for me we had no say in what we wanted. She said I’m going to pull up the car and bring it around. I didn’t know what she was talking about .What car? It was a Nissan Versa. Nice car. But not at all what I need for my family. Then she me told me about the payment. This program would be great for someone else. But it didn’t work for my family.
