Paycor is currently being used across the entire organization. It addresses employee questions and updates about their personal and employment information, hours, vacation, attendance points, and allows for general clear communication among departments. The employee database serves as my one-stop-shop for all employee information, and ensures I am compliant when necessary. Management access is a wonderful tool for each department, as it allows me to give certain accessibility to each level of employee, to ensure we are tracking all relevant information.
