In our experience of years with her, Emma, the vet at this practice, works with great competence, patience and compassion. Her care and passion for her job, as well as her love of pets is evident in everything she does. She truly is outstanding and a testament to the profession. As a result, this practice has improved greatly and our dog, who scares easily, is fine with Emma, which always addresses any issues promptly and efficiently and which we trust with the care of our much loved dog. She only does and prescribes what is required, explaining everything clearly. Appointments are easy to get and staff are always helpful and supportive with any urgent concerns. Regretfully, took a star off as, whilst most of the support staff is great and polite, some are rude and unpleasant to deal with, particularly at a stressful time. One of them appears to have gone fortunately and place is already better for it, for which we are grateful as we were considering going elsewhere on her account. Not anymore. Thank you for a great reliable service.

My first visit was chaotic. Hard to know if it was their fault or not.
One lady blamed them for double booking her only ro find out she was in the wrong venue.
Another man was quite irrate and loud. It seemed he had been told he could transfer his business to Chingford...only to be told they could not accept him or were not aware of him. Either way he was in a new area without care for his pet. He was mad and trying to call a customer care line that was not picking up.
As u can imagine it was an awful first experience. I sincerely hope it is better nezt time..which is only a week or so away.
