Bean me up Coffee!
Let me tell you about Goddard... there is no god when it comes to this practice, just the devils minions.
The practice was contacted six times, with the practice repeatedly hanging up instead of politely informing that they were busy and ask for a callback.
I have asked for details to be sent over to me via email, I have even requested the information via emailing them directly. After chasing up repeatedly for what is now days on end. They then basically say it's a tedious task and they're too busy curing all the sick animals in the world, to take 10mins out to forward on some information.
If I fail to obtain the required information, my pet will be included in the roster of unwell animals. A straightforward task became needlessly difficult because no one was willing to give me the information I needed, despite being passed around and ultimately not receiving what I requested.
For anyone else, may the odds be ever in your favour with this practice.

At Goddard Veterinary Group Chingford was our first experience with our cat. I must say that all the staff are very kind and friendly, they have given us all the information needed. Also answered all our questions. They came up with wonderful tips. Highly recommend. A big tank you for all the support.

Made an appointment, had to wait 5 days for it, went on the day, with my dog, and I was told no one in there is competent enough to check up my dog and the only person authorised to check up dogs ( the one I was booked with) is not there. The vet is not available for a while and this was supposed to be a Nurse. No solution suggested, but to arrange me an emergency appointment into their Wanstead department and I would need to pay £80 for that. My case was not emergency, obviously I already waited 5 days for someone to be available. I suspect that that is their practice and forcing people to pay their "emergency" fees, instead of really caring for the animals. Very disappointed.

Chingford Goddards is amazing. Would highly recommend Emma the vet there. Lovely little surgery and friendly staff.

Very busy but extremely helpful practice. Good value. Flexible too when we wanted the option to have a stray cat neutered if we could catch him. Does Cat Protection work that many London vets don't. Lovely staff.
