These folks are really awesome. My order got held up at the post office for too long this past Spring & I wasn't sure it was going to make it. I let them know & I planted it anyway. I waited all Summer but the poor thing never recovered & before I even contacted them again to let them know it was 100% dead, a new one was shipped to me this Fall. Customer service above & beyond!

I do not have photos. I do have good things to say, however. The trees arrived well packaged, I planted them in temporary raised beds iin GA. Then in the summer, when we went to our MI lake cottage, I transported them iin the back of my car. They have survived and are in their new home -- aspen, birch, maple trees. You raise and offer paper birch! that is hard to find.

I ordered four Christmas Ferns from TWN earlier this year and am giving them five stars for not only the quality of the ferns but for their customer service. I was anxious to plant them and reached out to their customer service for an ETA. Customer service responded within less than 24 hours, explained to me that due to recent storms the digging up of the ferns would be delayed. They apologized for the delay and even offered me a coupon for my next purchase. All i needed was an ETA but TWN went above and beyond in their response to my inquiry. Will definitely order from them again come next Spring!!

There is an option to shop in your growing zone and the plants come with very specific instructions and have been viable thus far. I will continue to shops here for great deals!

I have placed several orders with Tennessee wholesale nursery, I can only base my review off of the shipping/packing. Everything arrived nicely packed, Tennessee Wholesale ships their plants dormant/bare root so I can’t say yet what they will look like or if they will bloom. We put everything in the ground and can’t wait for spring to see it all bloom! I’ll update in the spring. We are still waiting on a couple of other plants but are told as soon as they are dormant they will ship.
