Je suis ravie de mon expérience dans cette école. La localisation est idéale, les profs sont vraiment efficaces et pédagogiques et l’accueil est parfait. Ce qui est aussi appréciable ce sont les nombreuses activités. J’espère revenir bientôt

I’ve been studying at Scuola Leonardo for 2 months now and honestly the experience has been amazing! It’s a great school for everyone, from people who come on short-term stays (like a week) to longer ones (like 4 months) the school is prepared and designed to receive students at the level they are at in Italian an locate them at their appropriate level. The people who work here are very kind and always willing to help in any kind of issues, even if they are not school matters. And what I absolutely love about this school is the community and life they design outside of lessons, we get to know the city and Italian culture thanks to so many activities!!

I was on exchange in Florence and attended the intensive A1 course at Scuola Leonardo da Vinci. The teachers were great and very inclusive towards all participants, and I learned a lot during the weeks I was there. I would therefore recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn Italian.

Veramente una delle migliore esperienze della mia vita! Non potrei aver scelto una scuola migliore per imparare l’italiano. Ho fatto il corso intensivo di 4 mesi da novembre 2024 fino a marzo 2025 raggiungendo il livello C1. Il suo metodo d’insegnamento è il migliore, perché non solo facciamo grammatica, ci danno anche l’opportunità ogni giorno di praticare la parte orale (secondo me una delle cose che serve di più). La scuola è bellissima, nel cuore di Firenze e lì ho conosciuto persone bravissime con cui ho condiviso esperienze pazzesche e che a giorno d’oggi voglio un mondo di bene. Volevo ringraziare non solo alla scuola ma anche alla mia insegnante Carla, che mi ha aiutato tantissimo e non sarei arrivata dove sono ora senza di lei. È stata un’esperienza che consiglio 100% e potrei ripetere mille volte. Grazie per tutto!!

Excellent School. I studied six weeks in Florence this year (2025) and I’m planning to return next year to keep learning. I truly recommend Scuola Leonardo da Vinci in Florence to study Italian.

I just returned from a week's intensive course in Torino and I now properly understand the true value of full immersion learning. I've been studying Italian now for 10 years, but in reality only the last 2 with proper daily effort. Yet I was still stuck in the intermediate quagmire, with decent B1.2 grammar understanding and pronunciation, but let down totally with my poor listening ability. For that reason, I was very apprehensive about a 100% Italian course, and also learning with young folks as a mature student. My fears were totally unfounded. My teacher Antonietta spoke loudly and clearly at an even pitch, and facilitated the class with logical/sequential explanations on the blackboard for any points of difficulty. We spoke barely 10 words of English all week. Old school style workbook/blackboard teaching, but very effective. It was like a turbocharger on my ear and comprehension. I partook in every extra evening/afternoon activity, which further improved my conversation skills. One evening dinner with other students I was stunned how was keeping up with Andrea's fast speech after 3 days and for the first time I felt confident to speak with Italian in shops and restaurants. Torino is not a full-on international tourist town- wall to wall Italian - but is really nice and easy to get around with lots of history to get involved in. The school is also conveniently centrally located. Stop procrastinating and researching. Just do it. I only wish I had more time for a few more weeks to consolidate everything and I will return for a longer stint if I can manage it.

La Scuola Leonardo Da Vinci mi ha davvero colpito in positivo. L’atmosfera è dinamica e motivante, e sia lo staff che gli insegnanti sono sempre pronti ad aiutare. Le lezioni sono chiare, ben strutturate e molto coinvolgenti. Un’ottima scelta per studiare l’italiano. La consiglio senza dubbio!

It’s been an excellent experience so far learning online with Sergio, he explains things very clearly and we have enough opportunity to practise the activities in different ways to help us apply them in different contexts. I have learnt a lot in these two weeks online.

I've worked with this school for several years now, with my fantastic teacher Veronica. It's been a wonderful experience. If you decide to work one-on-one with one of their instructors, they will customize teaching to your needs, whether that's test preparation, travel, or just getting to know the language. I passed my beginner exam and have used my Italian several times while traveling. I've recommended the school to friends who are studying Italian and gladly do so here as well.

I assure you, this is the best language school in Milan! I had the best time in the course, not only learning the language but also enjoying the super positive and fun atmosphere! Everyone working there is really warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’m really grateful for my time at this school and hope to return in the future. Special thanks to everyone who made my experience truly unforgettable especially to Roberto, Fabbiano, Enrico, Sara and to office; Enrico and Zhenya. If you want to learn Italian in the best way while having an amazing experience, don’t hesitate to come here!

A melhor escola de Milão! Estou há 3 meses fazendo aula e só tenho elogios para os professores. Atendimento da recepção excelente também, sempre atenciosas e educadas também! E além das aulas normais, a escola conta com atividades diferentes toda semana: aula de pintura, aperitivo, aula de gastronomia, visita a museus com guia... tudo em italiano, claro!

I am 76 and attended the course for two weeks as a B1 student. It was a wonderful and challenging experience. Our main teacher showed immense patience with a diverse group. At times her Italian was rather rapid but the immersive nature of the course meant one tuned in. There were numerous opportunities to speak and Maria Grazia was excellent at encouraging dialogue. Some of the group were very fluent. The concentration was on grammar which I always find hard but repetition is the key. The organisation was superb from initial booking to accommodation. My own accommodation was excellent and a mere 10 minutes from the centrally placed school. The older students had the La Dolce Vita programme in the afternoons. This was wonderfully organised by Antonella who was the perfect guide. She escorted us to a variety of venues and covered a multitude of subjects relevant to Florence. Her voice was always clear and she spoke slowly enough for us to follow and understand every word. She provided the icing on an already rich cake! I wholeheartedly recommend the course for the clarity of the teaching, the camaraderie with fellow students and the extracurricular afternoons.
