Very good programme for Italian learning

Spent a month in Rome with my friend and we attended this school together. Absolutely LOVED it. Very impressed with the curriculum and the teachers. Such a fantastic experience and I definitely hope to return one day and take more classes here.

Per me la Scuola Leonardo da Vinci Roma è come una seconda casa. Dopo quasi un'anno posso dire di aver imparato tanto sulla grammatica, ma anche sulla cultura e sul modo di vivere italiano. Grazie di cuore!!

Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Renato JM Guimaraes, ma uso il mio nome d'arte Renato Gabbiani perché sono un cantante professionista di musica italiana in Brasile. Bisognavo di imparare meglio l'italiano per mostrare il mio lavoro, capire e pronunciare bene l'italiano nelle canzoni. Ho scelto bene la SCUOLA LEONARDO DA VINCI dove ho imparato molto dal 31 marzo al 09 maggio 2014, sei settimane meravigliose, due a Roma, una a Milano, una a Siena e due a Firenze, con grandi maestri che ora sono cari amici come: Antonella, Veronica, Monica, Julia Turnau e tanti altri. Il team di LEONARDO DA VINCI è anche bravissimo e i miei amici sono molti di loro, come Geraldine, Alessia, Gessica, Teodora, Martina, Tatiana. LEONARDO DA VINCI non è solo una scuola. Ci fa avere amici in tutto il mondo, cioè, i compagni di classe che abbiamo studiato insieme e le meravigliose famiglie di cui sono stato ospite. So che bisogno di studiare di più e ho intenzione di tornare in Italia forse l'anno prossimo, per studiare più, logicamente, alla SCUOLA LEONARDO DA VINCI che io consiglio sicuramente !! Scuola Leonardo DaVinci is a leader in Italian language education. I have followed the program for over twenty-five years, and as a professor teaching for nearly forty years in the Department of Art and Architecture at an American liberal artscollege, we have sent students to Rome every year for several decades. Studying Italian language is central to the curriculum of our study abroad program in Rome, and Scuola Leonardo’s innovative and comprehensive approach has students’ speaking/using the language in rudimentary ways after just several weeks, and, within a relatively brief timeframe, in ever more sophisticated ways. But the trick is to get over the fear of using the language on the street, and then, with practice comes confidence, and the language flows more easily. As an example of the Scuola’s success, I recently accompanied one of our students to the hospital after he sustained an injury requiring an X-ray. The doctor spoke fluent English, but the student discussed the circumstances and his symptoms in Italian! I was impressed and proud, as he did quite well. This is a testament to Scuola Leonardo DaVinci! I strongly recommend this program whose instructors are kind and personable, the staff competent and very friendly, and with wonderful students from around the globe, including many from American universities, coming to Rome for Italian culture and language. I took 4 weeks super intensive course and i can only recommend the school. The teachers are awesome and i started with A1 and finished with B1 in 4 weeks ;)
