In terms of quality, the PM-Prepcast and the associated exam simulator are excellent tools for preparing for the PMP exam. I do not believe that they are the only tools one should use, however. You must have the PMBOK Guide as well; and my learning style also required a good workbook to accompany the Prepcast to make the material more real for me. The exam simulator was exactly on target with the style and types of questions found on the PMP exam.
I used the computer-based LMS system almost exclusively. I tried the podcast version a number of times using Andriod-based podcast apps but always found them frustratingly clunky and difficult to manage. Perhaps it was because of the apps or my unfamiliarity with the interface, but I essentially gave up after some time and resorted back to the desktop/laptop version.
All in all, the PM-PrepCast can be an essential tool for your preparation for the PMP exam. I strongly recommend it.
