PreCast exam simulator has helped a lot in my exam, this is the only question bank that i practiced for PMP, it is designed so well that you may not need anything else.
Based on your needs - time wise/ domain or knowledge area wise, you have all the options.
The quality of question and the explanations of wrong or correct answers, both were equally important to understand and clear your doubts.
That PMPrep cast for helping me clear my exam in 1st attempt
I relied on PM Prepcast to help me become PMP Certified. It helped better that I ever imagined. They cover all necessary aspects and give you relevant tips and advice. I recommend the PM Prepcast (Premium Package) because I has both the Podcasts and Exam Simulator (both of which, in my humble opinion, are the best in the market). It's really user-friendly, educational and most importantly, fun and engaging. It helped to clarify certain concepts and provide me with a clear study structure. Of course, you too need to be motivated and disciplined :)
Why waste time.
After four prep tests and multiple quizzes, I went in to my PMP Exam and passed on the first try and was well into the "Above Target" range for overall performance. PM PrepCast's PMP Exam Simulator is the best.
The PMP Exam Simulator by Cornelius and team is the final exam that sums up your readiness to take the exam. It is undoubtedly the best simulator out there for your PMP exam preparation and I encourage you to try it too.
I have purchased the PM Prepcast Elite, underwent the study program and passed the exam in mid-April. Best of all, the things that you learn not only stays but also, it grows with you. Until next time...
It greatly enhanced my chances to pass the exam in first attempt..
I would say the real exam was bit easier than some of the practice questions on Prepcast. If you care, My statistics of average score for correct answers on first attempt was about 77% on prepcast and on the real exam i managed to hit Above Target score.. So don't get discouraged if you are not doing that good on Prepcast. You may do better in the real exam.
Thank you Prepcast team for putting together a wonderful Exam Simulator for the community..
I passed the PMP Exam today on my first take. Looking back, the PM Exam Simulator was pivotal in helping me deconstruct and synthesize the ideas and concepts presented in the PMBOK 6th edition. While the value of actively reading the PMBOK and attending the 35-hour training class cannot be overemphasised, this simulator helped me accomplish 2 things: mimic the actual exam experience and learn from all the mistakes I made answering the practice tests. Great value for your money!
Pm-precast simulator is an excellent simulator package!
The best feature about simulator is - detailed explanation of all the correct and incorrect options explaining why the particular answer is correct and other options are incorrect. This helps you to think ‘PMI way’ and this comes very handy during actual exam.
Another excellent feature (which I used quite a lot) is ‘Live Feedback’ where you can post your comments/questions/queries regarding the answered questions and options. You get a detailed reply usually within 24 hours explaining why a correct option is correct and why others are incorrect.
The questions are up to date w.r.t PMBOK6 version. The simulator questions resemble actual exam questions. The user interface is good and user friendly. With strikeout feature you can eliminate the wrong answers and visualize and choose between remaining options.
However I would suggest adding highlight feature (just like actual exam) to highlight important keywords / cues in the question.
I have experienced only the exam simulator, but I strongly recommend this as part of your study plan. The questions are written in the same style as and the user interface offers a good simulation to the real exam. Why I chose PrepCast over other similar offers was due to the detailed explanations of the answers, not just the correct one, but each and every wrong one. More importantly, it provided exact references to the source material for the question. This allows you to quickly review the material and understand where you went wrong. One other feature which I used on a couple occasions was asking for feedback on exam questions. I received responses back within 24 hours to clarify my questions so I could better understand the correct answer. I compared against a few other exam simulators and they did not have these benefits. PrepCast also offers a limited money back guarantee and a free test, so there's minimal barrier to entry. I passed my exam on my first try with Above Target, and I was not sponsored or incentivized for my review.
If you are serious, Cornelius will get you there. Yes, it counts for the 35 hours needed, yes, sometimes I wanted to choke him to shut up (= tons of high quality video lessons), but do get the Exam Simulator, too. I believe, if you don't cheat, and pass those exams, you'll pass the real exam too. Just be serious and work hard. Yes, you have responsibility too. But you want that as PM, right?
