Bought a mattress from here and unfortunately after trying for a few weeks it was not suitable for us. We were able to return the mattress for a full refund and was a very easy process. Customer service was excellent.

a mattress manufacturer myself ,every now and then , i check out mattress stores . A mattress is a mystery box. You don’t know what’s inside, Or what you get. I did not talk to anybody ,but had a good look around. Unlike most stores, this one offers good value for what a consumer pays. - I guess because it’s genuinely manufacturers owned . I went to Chiropedic store in Nunawading to try and find a comfortable single mattress as the previous one gave me some back problems. Thankfully, Benjamin was there to assist me and he was professional, patient and kind. Also, the mattress is perfect fit.
