Sales person Ron was very responsive. They did what they said they would do, on time and worked efficiently to finish the job. Associates were friendly and skilled. The total process takes 3 days from preparation to cars back in garage. Very pleased with the results. Good job.

I inadvertently posted a bad review for this company when it should've gone to the Garage Experts of South Charlotte. There's a big difference between the two entities. The owner of Garage Experts of Charlotte called me back, was professional and tried to assist me. My review for poor performance and reccomendation for not using their services is for Garage Experts of South Charlotte and its owner Ron Petoia.

We had several estimates and while they're not the cheapest, they are not the most expensive either. Bottom line, we felt they knew what they were doing especially with the floor treatment. Jose and Ron explained everything to us and we felt good about choosing them for the job. They were on-time and the job took exactly the amount of time they quoted us. The quality of the wall and ceiling painting, the floor treatment with 4 layers, the slat wall panels and the storage rack (much higher quality and heavy duty compared to other racks) was all top shelf work, with excellent quality. One of the best investments we have made on our new house.

My garage floor was in bad shape. The coat of cement paint was peeling and breaking into little pieces. I added protective rubber mats that stuck to the floor and made things worse. I did some research and found Ron Petoia of "GarageExperts." And they are "GARAGE EXPERTS." His crew–polite and professional–over a period of two successive mornings, created what I call "garage art." They prepared the cement floor–the most important part–with a machine that uses a diamond grinder that removed all the old paint and the rubber that stuck to the floor. The floor looked new. The crew obviously took pride in their work at every step to the finish. And when they did finish I was left with an epoxy floor with a flack pattern and color protected by a hard clear coat that was beautiful. A "work of art." Ron made sure that I had my copy of GarageExperts' lifetime guarantee and I could not be more satisfied. Now I just have to stop staring at my garage.
