I’ll start by saying of all the companies I have used to do work at my home over the last 33 years this one is the most profesional from beginning to end I have dealt with. My garage was just old and dingy and I decided it was time to upgrade. I called 6 companies and got bids. One place garage experts stood out was the initial consult. Alan, the owner actually comes out and he does take time to look At the place and give recommendations. His ideas and recommendations were spot on. The best one; he advised we replace our water heater with a tankless. He was right it made a huge difference in small one car garage. He pointed out flaws in some of the other designs that I gave him as what I wanted (like a cabinet placement where the door would have hit a step) and talked me out of extra stuff that again he was right I did not need even though it was more income for him. When I got the pricing his was right at the best with one other company. After I let him know they got the job he came out again, finalized the design and finishes and gave me the timeline. From there on communication was dead on he came when he said he would and it all went exactly like he said. His team are great to deal with and they were a pleasure to deal with. They are very professional as they go about the work. As to the quality: the floor is incredible and I have already had quite few friends wanting to get it done. we had an entire wall filled with cabinets. My kitchen has cabinets imported from Italy and these frankly are very similar with soft close hinges, epoxy coated so easy to clean and adjustable shelves. I can’t stress enough how nice they function and look and how much storage they provide. Lastly the slat wall is top notch and came with a bunch of fixtures. It’s also beautiful to look at. This is something very rare in south Florida, a no excuses well run contractor that provides top notch materials, service and communication.
