Best Service, just like the other trek shoo that I used to bring my bike, Cris and all the staff and bike mechanics are very helpful. Everything is explained and I learned a lot.
Fast forward 2026.
Got my trek Serviced, Paid $120.00 not even changed or chained oiled or Cleaned!? Wt??? Come on!? That's a shame new crew???

I am so disappointed with the customer service of this racist place, we walked in to purchase a new birthday bike for my younger brother and we have been treated with the disrespect that no one should ever be treated with. The lady threatened to even call the police if we didn’t want to buy like talk about pushy. We ended up going to 99 bikes on Sydney road and got a better deal on a better bike.
Will definitely not be going back here and I highly advise people to stay away from this awful place.
