I have lived in Coburg for 3 years and can’t believe I never checked out this place which is an absolute gem for cyclists of ALL levels. I hadn’t cycled much since I lost my original bottle holder and my post-covid body decided to get saddle sores after riding my very hard original seat. Honestly I had been looking around to get these issues fixed and viola, I got them at Trek! The variety of the products, the knowledge of the staff and the exceptional customer service. They made me feel they really care about my bike and were really happy to help me even though I am nowhere a cyclist veteran. There were some other little issues with my bike and Kate just picked up her tools and realigned everything for me. I left the shop feeling like I got a new bike and felt so encouraged to get back into riding it often! My bike is so comfortable and a joy to ride now all because of the amazing team - Christian, Kate and Andy. Thank you so much for helping me!!

Just purchased my new bike from Trek Coburg and the experience has been phenomenal. Christian listened to what I was looking for and then helped me pick the right bike, all while reiterating that the right bike was the one I went home thinking about, even if it wasn’t a Trek one. You could tell that’s he was just genuinely happy to be getting someone into riding. I went back 3 different times and each time was met with patients and a whole lot of knowledge. And then he was so generous with pricing and threw in a few extras when he was building my bike. Such an amazing person and experience. Will definitely be going back for all my bike needs.

Just had the best experience. I've had a problem with back tire for two years. Other bike shops have failed to resolve this issue. The manger of the shop not only fixed this issue but also taught me how to set up my bike correctly. Now the bike feels brand new. At no point did I feel like the store was trying to up sell or rip me off. I know nothing about bikes and at no point was my lack of knowledge invalidated. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thankyou!!!!

We went in to buy two helmets but we walked out with four new helmets and a new bike for our daughter. Despite it being closing time Christian was so patient and really listened to what we wanted… it wasn’t about the sale it was more about making sure we were confident in our purchase. We haven’t experienced amazing customer service like that in years. We highly recommend Trek Coburg if you are wanting to purchase a bike or anything bike related!
