Avi and Nav have both been amazing at helping me recover from a thumb injury! Caleb and Mandy have also been extremely helpful with making sure I understand my exercises, and they often follow up with email instructions. Paige and Ron have great communication with all patients, and they make taking the first step at physio exciting! Overall a fantastic place to recover from any injury!!!

After 2 car crashes and years of pain in my TMJ, shoulder, neck, and back, the team at this clinic have worked together to reduce pain and get me back to lifting weights and exercising. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend Nav (physio) and Tyler (massage) for anyone with chronic pain in these areas!

Love them I had been struggling with vertigo for over 3 weeks and in 2 weeks I went from hardly been able to walk to doing balancing exercises. They work with one as opposed telling you what to do. I have had a combination of spinal surgeries totaling 13 and 1/2 hours in the last 2 years and none of the doctors mentioned physio, now I believe healing can only work with physio and the crew at Precision Physiotherapy are amazing at their jobs. I have been suffering from crippling back pain (and more recently leg pain) for years (mostly postural and muscular-related). I have seen many therapists over the past 10 years and got little to no results until I came to Precision Physiotherapy in Dundas where I got amazing results in just a few weeks. Their team is wonderful, caring, extremely competent, thorough and efficient. Their goal is to get you pain-free, so you don’t have to come back, which is very much appreciated when you don’t have benefits. I highly recommend them, they are fantastic!

I came to Precision Physiotherapy after an achilles tendon injury. I had had physio elsewhere and felt that I wasn't making progress. I was seen by Prim, who demonstrated great care and a deep understanding of what the problem was. He explained everything in detail and with a clarity that made understanding of my issues and how they could be ameliorated, all the easier. He began a 6 week series of sessions, involving manipulation, massage, exercises and laser treatment. There was a clear goal and a way to reach it. The treatments themselves were focussed. The "homework" was realistic. After 4 treatments to date, both he and I have seen improvement, which is very gratifying. I would definitely recommend Precision Physiotherapy, and in particular Prim, to help you improve and overcome injury.

This place is fantastic! The staff is caring, responsive, knowledgeable, upbeat, and empathetic. What I also appreciate is their multi-disciplinary approach - whether you need physio, massage, acupuncture, or orthotics, they can look after you all in one place instead of referring you elsewhere. Moreover, when I needed a requisition for an x-ray, they made the arrangements through my doctor's office, saving me the time and bother. I have been to other places, but this place is top notch for service, care, and competence (special shoutout to Nav!)! They also do direct billing with insurance, which is very convenient! They're the best!

Fantastic experience everytime I went in. Very knowledgable, friendly, and receptive staff. Ron was always super helpful with my claim, appts etc etc. Nav and Prem were so good at what they do but more importantly are very personable, which goes very far. At the start i was on crutches and not weight bearing and now I am walking around almost finished with the whole program. Cheers to a great practice guys!

I came to Precision Physiotherapy after a bike crash. They worked with me on loosening up some tight muscles and activating some ones that weren’t working as they should. Prem and the other staff were fantastic at getting me back into working shape. The combination of Physio and the laser was excellent on loosening up some scar tissue. Thank you very much!
