Hand elbow hairline fracture a year ago, then when I started gym 5 months ago, I started to have strong pain on my hand/wrist, especially when I twisted it to a certain angle. I didn't connect the two together until I started to see Avi here. He explained the cause and result in a very professional way and implemented some magical (scientific ) method to help the muscle to rebuild itself. I was very surprised and excited to see the change and it has totally changed my opinion on Physiotherapy. Thank you!"

"I have been struggling with shoulder pain for some time. It affected my daily activities and made even simple movements uncomfortable. Eventually, I decided to start physiotherapy, and I have truly made a big difference. From my first visit, my physiotherapist, Pratik, listened to my problem and suggested a few exercises and gave me some therapy. He explained everything very clearly. That helped a lot with strengthening and relaxing my shoulder. Now, after therapy, I am feeling much better. I am really thankful for the care and attention of my physiotherapist. My primary concern was recurring headaches and the team put together a collaborative approach that delivered both short term relief and a game plan to see me through the months ahead. Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. Constructive feedback was to tighten up how the at home exercises are defined, executed, etc., making them more of a focal point in sessions to make the patient accountable.

"I had difficulty standing straight, the pain on my left side caused my posture to tilt to the right. I also experienced difficulty sleeping, as the lower back pain sometimes travelled down my left leg when in a horizontal position. The experience here helped, as did the variety of heat and muscle massage treatments."

Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, I do believe they operate in good faith but sadly that doesn't mean they're competent. They don't seem to be able to treat sports injuries, but I suspect they're better with regular injuries. Excercise caution with these guys. If they recommend you a brace, buy it directly from the brand or at least check pricing. Mine were about half the price they wanted us to pay on the brand's website! Also totally misdiagnosed me both times I tried them but thats kinda common in pt and they may have figured it out given more time. My knees were taped incorrectly several times and left me in a lot of pain within 30 min. Their appointment structure is designed to have to you do as many appointments as possible by jamming a ton in the first few weeks instead of letting excercises and rest work. My new pt sees me every 2 weeks. Might be preferable for injuries that will stiffen but doesn't necessarily need to be applied to every paitent. They were a bit pushy with treatemnts like lazer, but if they believed it will help I don't blame them. They came off more money focused than paitent focused. My injuries did not resolve until I went to someone else. Also the one pt yells the entire time he speaks lol. Assistants were cool though.

I had a bad experience receiving physiotherapy here for a concussion. The physiotherapist did not appear to have read my in-take form, did not listen to me, made me feel judged for needing time off of work, and seemed to be more focused on getting me in for 10 sessions than providing a treatment plan that worked for me. I provided this feedback after my appointment and the owner apologized, addressed my concerns, and stated they would address the issue. If I was rating my appointment, it would be one star. However, I have rated it two stars because I did appreciate the response to my concerns and hope my feedback will prevent another patient from having the same experience. Since going, I have been put on their email and text lists despite not signing up for either, which is frustrating given the bad experience I had.

Keep unsubscribing and blocking and they just keep finding new ways to contact me. I haven't been there in years and didn't get much out of my experience there, but I wouldn't have posted this review if they would respect former client wishes on contact.

Would not recommend this place. I told them up front I did not want to pay for any extra services that were not covered by my insurance and they agreed. Then they proceeded to provide a service that was not covered and did not inform me about it until months later after I had stopped going there. It is now over a year later and they are harassing me to pay. They lied to me and did not treat me with respect.
